Information you provide to us on the Medication Questionnaire/Order Form, such as your name, address, e-mail address, medical information and financial information (credit card numbers)

This information is only used to fulfill customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Medical information is used by our staff of physicians to approve or decline orders for specific medications.

2. Information We Collect About Your Visit To Rx Weight Loss.net:

We may set and access cookies on your computer or use other methods to gather information about your visit to our site ("cookies") such as your Internet Protocol address, operating system or browser. We may collect information about which site referred you to us, the time you spent on our site or the pages you viewed. We use this information to improve our site to make your and others visits more enjoyable.

4. Shipping and Prescription Processing Policies:

Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you may assume that your order was processed.

A. No Products Will Be Shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses

Rx Weight Loss.net will not process orders to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. All customers must have a valid billing and shipping address in order to receive products from RX-WeightLoss.net.

B. Prescription Processing

We do not process prescription orders on weekends. If you place an order after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be reviewed by a physician and sent to the pharmacy on Monday.

5. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order before the physician approves it. If the physician has not yet approved the order, we will cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it.

6. Refund and Exchange Policy:

Due to Federal Law, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges of prescription medications.
